"It's time for squats. Squats are where you work that full lower body, quadriceps, hamstrings, and the gluteus maximus. So you have got to drop it like it's hot, nice and low, and squeeze on the way up. Inhale down, exhale up, you can put your hands behind your head if you want. You can put them straight out in front of you or you can put them on your hips. That really isn't going to matter because your legs are going to burn regardless. Inhale down, exhale up. I want you to press through your heals, squeeze through your glutes. Keep your knees over your ankles. Don't them go in front of your toes. Alright, now if that feels too easy for you, you can bring the legs in and step out and together and out with the same leg. So, we're going to do about two more. I know you have space to do this wherever you are, so join me for one more on that side and now the other side. Small out, alright, so now that should have made it harder already. So your going to do two more that way and then if your just feeling eager I'm going to give you a pop squat. So, you start inside and out, and in and out. Get low, in and out. Any of those will work. Do three more with me. Two and one. That's it for your squats."
