"Now we're going to do triceps dips. You can do triceps dips anywhere--a chair, steps. Right now, we're going to do it on a park bench outdoors. First, place your hands behind you. Next, step your feet forward. After that, you are going to bend your knees and your elbows. Press up through your wrists, and down. You don't want your elbows to go out to the side. You want to keep them directly behind. Inhale down, exhale up. What does this work? Your triceps--the back of your arms--that part that you want to stay tight and not wave when you're waving. Yes? Keep that going. I want you to breathe through it. Inhale down, exhale up. I want you to try to do about 20 of these. Inhale and exhale. If that feels too easy, you can vary this by placing one leg up. Same thing: down, exhale, up. Your triceps should be burning, because mine are! Keep it going. Inhale down, exhale up. Then switch. Put your other leg up. Down and up. Inhale. Exhale. Feel the breeze outside. It's nice. Two more. And last one. Stand up. Stretch your right tricep. Push and other side. You should have nice tight triceps."
