"SHANAY NORVELL: Rear delt flys are perfect for the back of your shoulders, tightening that area know as your rear delts. We're going to use dumbbells right below the thighs, your chest is leaning forward, your head is looking down, not popped up and not dropped but in neutral position or you can look out to the side. You're going to start by raising your arms up and bringing them down slowly. You can bring them almost to shoulder height but not past that. Exhale on the up, inhale down. You're going to squeeze the middle of your back together and if that starts to get too hard, you can alternate with one arm at a time. But you don't want to open out wide you want to keep your back straight, abs tight, and lift one out at a time or you can go back to both of them. Watch that breathing. And that's your rear delt flys."
