"Next are shuttles. You can do shuttles anywhere. Since we're outside, we're going to use these two trees. I want you to get low and you're going to shuffle over and touch a tree and then go over to the other one. This is perfect to get your heart rate up. You're on the road and you're traveling. You've got to touch the tree. But, you're using your body, your quads, so your heart rate is going up, and, you're using the outdoors. Nice and quick. This will wear you out. Lower body is working. Your heart is beating. Keep it nice and energized. A few more seconds. As long as you can. But, for you, I want you to do five more. Four more. Three more. If you're getting a little tired, two, nice and low. And one more. That's the shuttle. Outside, where ever you are. No obstacle, you can keep that body moving."
