"Alright now is the time to use the heart rate monitor. This is going to be the same for males or females. Specifically with females you are going to place it under your sports bra. You want these contact points to touch your body. And it needs to be a little moist. I have a moist paper towel, you can just put it on there or if you are already warm or perspiring that will do just as fine. So you are going to lift up and first I want you to snap it and then you'll worry about adjusting it or putting it in place. And the snapping can be hard at first and of course you are making sure you have a sports bra on so you can put it right under the sports bra and lift it up even all the way around. And again make sure it's touching your skin or it will not read the register. And you can readjust and then you are going to bring your heart rate monitor close to the actual band, press the start button, you hear that beep and then you are going to press again until you see it say exe. And you are going to hold and it will take just a moment and then it will blink once it's actually in contact. And you heard that little beeping noise so it's starting. But I have to make sure it has it cause it's going to have pulses sounds as well. Alright so you are going to wait until you actually see your heart rate blinking on here and it's ready to go. Now I'm going to use a treadmill and I'm just going to press quick start. Give myself a little speed. So you can see my heart rate actually go up because it's about at fifty four right now if you see that number blinking. And I'm going to slow myself down a little bit so my heart rate doesn't race. But it's going already to sixty eight that quick because I was ready to run and sprint. So that's how it works. In one step you can trace your heart rate, see where you are and it will keep it going as you accelerate and decelerate in heart rate, that's it."
