"Alright, now we have the body fat monitor which is the Omicron fat loss monitor. This is probably middle of the road and what I like about it is that it gives you your body fat and your body mass index and I'll tell you more about both of those. This will run you about sixty dollars. So it's a pretty nice investment, but you have a tool that helps you figure out where you are. You can operate it on your own. It just takes you actually extending your arms out, placing your thumbs around, pressing a few buttons and you'll have it. This can be a little frustrating because it?s not a hundred percent accurate. It may be two percent higher than your true body fat or two percent lower. But I don't want you to spazz out about that because the key is use the same tool the same time of day consistently and you can learn your own variance for it. So, you would do this maybe on a Monday; week one of the month and then do it again the next Monday; week one of the next month. So the body fat Omicron fat loss monitor; I'm going to show you how to use it."
