"One body fat measure is the Accu Measure. This is pretty much a basic way to find what your body fat it. It looks like this and it comes with an actual body fat measure or some people refer to it as a caliber because you are actually going to pinch part of your skin to see how much body fat is there. What's cool is that you only measure a spot but on the other side it may not be as accurate is some of the other tools that I am going to show you because it's only one spot to look at. And you will understand when I do the demonstration. Another part that comes with it is an actual chart that shows you where you should fall for your age group, being a male or a female. And they have the other side for the woman. Pretty basic instruction guide which I always look at because that in of itself can be intimidating. So that's the Accu Measure. It costs about fifteen or fourteen dollars in any of your health food stores so moderate in price. Easy to use and basic for doing by yourself or with someone to help you out."
