"Now, I want to stress again my primary focus in doing this little exercise for you guys. I would like to just make you guys be able to volley. By volley I mean you go out with a friend or a partner, a tennis partner, and you're able to hit the ball back and forth over the net to each other and get exercise at the same time. If you can't do the basics, what is the sense in starting a game where it's competitive and that kind of thing. My basic goal is to get you started so that you're able to have fun and enjoy some competitive volleying with your friend. Now, after that you're going to want to play some games, but to get you started I think it's important to be able to hit the ball back and forth over the net on a somewhat competitive level."
