Alrighty, welcome back. Brook and myself are here and we just finished some deep breathing together, and we're going to explore a partner pose. So, with many of the Yoga poses you'll find that if you have two children, or if you have a child that may be Brook's age, that you can do some of these things together, and it's just a fun joyful thing that you can do together. So, Brook and I are going to practice a partner Boat Pose. So, we're going to have our toes pretty much touching on our Yoga mat. We're going to lengthen our arms forward, and take hold here and hold pretty tight so you're not sliding away from one another, and we're just going to lift our foot, the outside foot up and our toes are going to meet. We'll press them together, lifting up here bringing your knee to the inside of the arm, good. So, you'll want to sit up tall, squeeze your hands and hold on tight, engage the muscles of your core and see if you can lift your opposite leg up. Good. Stretch it up. So, we'll stay here with our legs bent and we'll stretch tall and breathe, and so this is Boat Pose. You can imagine that you are sailing through the water. Take two more full, deep breaths. One more, and then as gracefully as you can, release the feet down, release your fingertips and say thank you. Thanks a lot for joining us. That was Boat Pose with Brook and Sharon.
