Hi thanks for joining us, this is Brooke and myself I'm Sharon. We're going to be moving into downward facing dog. So we're starting once more from mountain pose, standing tall and actively engaging the muscles of the legs. With an inhale Brooke is going to stretch her arms over head up towards the ceiling lengthening all the way through the body. With her exhale she'll fold forward taking her hands down towards the floor bending the knees if she needs. She'll step her feet back to form an inverted upside down v-position. She'll relax her neck and she'll be looking somewhere between her feet. Breath in deeply and she'll be reaching her hips up towards the ceiling. If you ever watch a dog after they wake from taking a nap, they'll take on this position stretching through their body. And with an exhale she'll drop straight down to her knees to a table top position. That was downward facing down.
