"Our next pose will be triangle pose and we will begin once again in mountain pose our active standing position. So with an inhalation Brooke is going to take a big step open with her left leg, opening her legs to a wide stance. She's going to align her right toes straight forward and bring her left toes in just a small fraction. With an inhale she'll stretch her arms straight out to the sides forming a T-position with the arms. Her legs will stay straight and then with another inhale she'll reach her right hand forward, dropping her hand down somewhere on the right leg and reach her left arm straight up to the ceiling. She'll turn and gaze to look up towards the left fingertips as long as that doesn't strain her neck. Triangle pose is a great pose to stretch all through the legs, through the stomach and the back. She's here breathing deeply, she's also created in several different triangles within her body. And then with an inhale she'll keep the legs straight balancing, come all the way back up right and then exhale release the hands down to the sides. She'll just pivot her feet around and do the same pose leading with the left leg. That is once more triangle pose."
