"Some of the common mistakes you'll experience, while learning how to do fakie ollies, is basically you're rolling fakie now, so that's the most important part of the trick, is just being comfortable rolling fakie. So one of the most common problems may be, you getting on your board rolling backwards, and setting up for the fakie ollie and unknowingly running into a crack or a rock. Since your feet are now in the position that's nearest the direction that you're headed, you're more susceptible to being thrown off the board in that same direction. So, make sure that wherever you're rolling, that there's, you're not going to run into anything. While you're in the position of the fakie ollie, sometimes all it takes is just a little rough concrete to send you all the way onto the ground. So, remember to compensate for that, and lean a little more forward, so that you can, you don't get tossed backwards. Another thing to remember while you're fakie ollieing, is to keep your stance almost in a neutral kind of way, meaning that you're almost looking switch, while you're rolling fakie. This way it will stop you from, like I said, running into something unexpected, because now you're rolling fakie. So, like I said, you don't want to roll backwards, but not look where you're going. You want to roll sturdy, and even, like this, so that you can see the direction that you're headed. That way you could look right and you could look left, and your shoulders are equal. Both of these things will help you learn how to fakie ollie better."
