"A really fun variation of the nose wheelie is the nose manual shove it out. To do a nose manual shove it out, you do the normal rules that apply to a regular ollie into a nose wheelie. You'll ride it until you get to the end. You may have to set up your feet during the nose wheelie so this is why this is a later variation that you'll want to learn, but you set up your feet as your nose wheelie and then you shove it out behind you staying in the same stance and landing back on the board all at the same time. When you're in the nose wheelie position you're going to want to make sure to pop out just before the end and have the back wheels clear just like with a straight nose wheelie, but you're going to want to make sure that those back wheels clear and make it far enough away and also not do any flipping. So when you do your nose wheelie shove it you're going to want to make sure that your feet are nice and even and then you shove it out, make your feet spread out a little more, catch it, and then land and roll away."
