"Now once you're ready to bring the Ollie nose wheelie to something higher like a bench or a manual pad, you're going to want to come to the spot and Ollie just before the beginning make sure that your back wheels clear the top of the edge of the manual pad, land with your weight balanced over the nose, one foot on the nose and one foot in the middle of the board, this will give you adjustments that can be made during the nose wheelie. You're going to want to hold the nose wheelie in position and you may have to go up or down while holding the nose wheelie position or have your foot tweak a little bit back and forth. You're going to make it to the end of the manual pad, like this, and then pop off and you're going to clear the back, just like with the sidewalk. It's very important that you clear this; otherwise you don't want to hit your wheel on the corner or your truck, on the corner of the ledge on your way out. So you want to pop out clean and land just past the bottom of the manual pad."
