"The kick flip body varial. A kick flip body varial is when you ollie, do a kick flip, and in mid air change your stance and you land rolling switch, but the board flips and continues rolling straight. The kick flip body varial is a trick that will require you to have a basic knowledge of straight kick flips. This trick is sometimes learned before a straight kick flip and the reason is is that the timing that it takes to do a straight kick flip sometimes people have a tendency to shift their weight in mid-air into a ninety degree angle and then land back on the board. So, sometimes people learn kick flip body varials before they learn how to straight kick flip and this is ok. So, the kick flip body varial is going to require you to also be able to; be able to have strong ollies and be able to know how to spend a little bit of time in the air to catch the board and turn around. So, what you do is you set up with your feet in a pretty normal kick flip position and when you flip the board you travel your body ninety degrees in the air and then you come back down and you land switch, and you roll away. That is a kick flip body varial."
