" Hi my name is Sarah Stetner. I'm an expert horse rider on behalf of Expert Village. In this video I'm just showing you how to prepare for English. I went ahead and recheck the bridle and make sure that everything was good there. Now you want to recheck the saddle. Make sure that we have the pad all straight again. Make sure that the saddle is not to loose like right now it did loosen up from when I cinched it the first time. I'm going to go ahead and tighten it up. Just like that getting ready to get on. So I'm going to bring my stirrups down. So you just pull them down just like that and you that to the other side as well. But while I'm over here I'm going to stretch his legs. Get him a good stretch just because he is going to get worked. So you just ask him to pick up his foot. I usually go up, back, holt, and all the way back, and have him hold it for ten seconds. Right here. This is a good leg stretch for your horse. I do it every time before I ride. So I just showed you how to recheck the cinch on the saddle and stretch those legs I'm going to do it to the other one as well. So there you go."
