" Hi my name is Sarah Stetner. I'm an expert horse rider on behalf of Expert Village. In this video I'm just showing you how to get ready to ride English. So I have just saddled him and I just bridled him up. I'm just adjusting the bridle right now. So make sure that all this is straight. Tucking in this part which is up here or above or behind his ears. You kind of want to wiggle it make sure that his nose band is straight. Make sure that you can fit two fingers in the chin strap area just like because you don't want the chin strap to tight because when the reins pull it gives pressure up here under the chin and it could hurt the horse if it is to tight. So you do want to make sure of that and now I'm just going to buckle up the throat latch. Which is this part that is hanging. You can do this all either you can do this all with the halter on or without. You want the throat latch not to tight not to loose kind of a mediator. I put it about the third from the top on the hole."
