Brushing the Horses Face: Free Horseback Riding Lessons

" Hi my name is Sarah Stetner. I'm an expert horse rider on behalf of Expert Village. In this video I'm just showing you how to prepare the horse for English and I just got done brushing him. I have brushed him 2 times with two different brushes and he does look clean now. So I'm going to go ahead and call it good. Now I have my super soft brush that I use to brush his face with. This brush doesn't even hurt even me. So that is how soft it is I mean you can use it on human skin it would be okay. So you just go ahead and get the horse towards you. Brush his cheek over his eyes. His other cheek and down his face. You can get his ears to. So that is how you brush his face and I do have a little tiny brush that is like a massager brush that I call it. A little tiny black brush with little tiny bristle that are rubber he loves it on his face. He actually comes down and relaxes just when I brush it and it gets the hair off of him as well. So then I use this brush after it but I didn't bring that brush today so alright so that is how you brush his face."
