" Hi my name is Sarah Stetner. I'm an expert horse rider on behalf of Expert Village. And in this video I just showed you the most advanced thing that I have ever done and that is riding without a bridle. I do do it all the time, on my own time, but this is the first time that it has been on video. But anyway, it is very advanced; like I said earlier it does take a lot of trust between the horse and the rider and the rider and the horse. To get him to turn, I do use my legs. In order to slow him down, I squeeze with my inner thighs. In order and go ahead and stop him, I do sit down and drop my hips. So it is a very advanced thing to do to get the horse to mind.
