Video Transcript

" Hi my name is Sarah Stetner. I'm an expert horse rider on behalf of Expert Village. And in this video I'm just showing you the way that I ride without a bridle. We have done some circles for you already, at the walk and the jog, and then I just went from to the jog to the stop. I'm going to get to the canter in later segments, or the lope as I call it. So now I'm just going to ask him to walk from the stop for me. So I'm just going to go ahead and cluck to him and squeeze a little bit with my calves, let him that we are going to go. Ask him to walk. So that is going from the stop to the walk and how you do it. Notice how my hips, I'm moving along with the horse the whole time that I'm riding."
