"Hi my name is Sarah Stetner, I'm a expert horse rider on behalf of Expert Village. I just showed you how to go into the canter. That last transition I had in my previous segment was a very good was a very good transition and you just want to stay smooth and make it look like you are not going to anything. What I mean by that is just go ahead and make sure you keep that same equitation line throughout the whole process in going into the canter. So you want his head to remain down a little bit. This is probably a correct speed for the canter. For English you want him a little bit faster than western. So notice how I am, my hips are just going with the horse, moving with the horse. My heels are down, my elbows are in, they are not flapping like this with the beat of the horse. So those are just a little equitation things to remember as you are cantering. "
