Video Transcript

"Hi my name is Sarah Stetner, I'm a expert horse rider on behalf of Expert Village. In this video I'm just showing you intermediate steps to ride English. As you can tell I am keeping the equitation line in my, as I am riding and I have a exercise that I do in order to go ahead and make sure that my leg is perfect when I am posting. So that exercise is I go ahead and stand up in my stirrups and hold it while the horse is trotting and it does stretch your heels down and it does work on your balance a lot to be able to do this as straight. See how I mean it stretches my heels down, puts weight in my legs. I usually do this for about 5-10 minutes right before I get when I am warming up for a show. You want to keep your legs as still as possible and it does work on your balance, so that is just a little exercise that I do. "
