Video Transcript

" Hi my name Sarah Stetner I'm an expert horse rider on behalf of Expert Village. I just showed you the extension or hand gallop of the canter and then I went back down to the canter. Now I'm going to go ahead and do a transition canter to the walk. So I'm just going to sit down on him drop my hips, squeeze with my muscles, tighten up the rein before I ask him to transition so he knows what is coming. Keep the level and weight in your legs and equitation line so I'm going to ask him to right here. Walk. Walk. Again it is hard to see my line in the baggy coat but that is going to the canter from the walk."
