" Hi my name Sarah Stetner I'm an expert horse rider on behalf of Expert Village. In this video I'm just showing you the expert or advanced mode to English equitation. I just went ahead and went to a trot to the stop and now I'm going to ask my horse to canter from the stop. So you want to sit up keep your equitation line, keep the weight in your legs as well, and I'm going to kind of move my hips remember and go ahead and hold on right here. If you want some more tips on learning how to canter go ahead and watch the beginner video of English equitation and the intermediate video. So I'm going to go ahead and ask him to canter. Sit back and make it a smooth as possible. So you get him to canter and you get him the right speed that you want. I know it is hard to see my equitation line in this big bulky coat but it is cold out here so. So this is cantering."
