Right now I'm just starting to trot the horse and I did go ahead and pick up the right diagonal which is the outside diagonal. So you see how I'm coming up with that foot as a reminder and I will just show you from a sitting trot, how to go ahead and get that trot or how I'm going to get that diagonal coming down this rail right here. So I am sitting and I'm feeling the horse and I did pick up the right diagonal without even looking down. So just remember that when you are trotting and I am going to drop my stirrups in this next segment and show you how to post without stirrups."
