How to Slowly Jog the Horse Bareback

" Hi my name is Sarah Stetner I'm a expert horse rider on behalf of Expert Village. I am showing you guys how to ride bareback in this video and also we just went from the walk to the jog. A nice little easy transition. You do want you horse to jog slow in bareback. It makes it a lot easier and smoother to ride as well. If your horse does not jog like if he is like a fast jogger you want to slow him down you just kind of sit down on him and squeeze with your thighs. I'm going to go ahead and extend him a little bit and show you how to do that. So say that he is jogging a little fast. I do tighten my rein a little bit and I do just ask him easy. I tell my horse Rowdy easy and has a voice command horse pretty good and I do keep contact with his face. But, I don't like yank on his face. So that is just a little tip there on how to get him to go slower."
