" Hi my name is Sarah Stetner I'm a expert horse rider on behalf of Expert Village. I'm just showing you how to ride bareback in this video. So I'm going to go ahead and ask him to jog for me. What you do is you just go ahead and squeeze a little bit with your calves and a cluck to him. I get his face so his head is in and I'm going to keep my whole line of equitation. Oh one thing that I did want to tell you guys also is when you ride bareback it is so easy to have air come right here between your knee cap or not knee cap but you know what I'm saying right here if you see daylight right there you are not riding right you need to squeeze and lengthen your leg is what I say. So got to make sure that you lengthen your leg. Heels down, toes up, and I will ask him to jog in a little bit. Just keep that in mind and you also want to keep your knees so they are facing forward kind of sort of. Like a nice little contact. So rememberer that as well."
