You want to use this right here basically to hang on as much as you can and you want to keep contact all the way down on you leg throughout every gate the walk, jog, and canter. You can either swing on the horse which you always want to get on on the left side of the horse rememberer you do everything on the left side of the horse. Get on lead, get off. You can either swing on which you grab on to his mane and swing up or you could jump up which I can do I'm not going to show you how to do that but, you can do it that way.
