Video Transcript

" Hi my name is Sarah Stetner I'm a expert horse rider on behalf of Expert Village and in this video I'm just showing you how to jump. Okay now I'm doing a lot in this video that is normally you want to do the first day of jumping. Basically the first day of jumping that you just want to do is trot over the poles and then maybe the next after two days you want to trot over the jump get your horse and you comfortable with that for a couple of days. Then when ever you feel like cantering then when you and your horse are that much of a team you go ahead and canter the horse over the jump. Jumping is dangerous you should wear a helmet and have fun as you are doing it. You just want to do it one step at a time it could take weeks before you canter over a jump. Just whenever you and your horse are comfortable it is a slow process."
