" Hi my name is Sarah Stetner I'm a expert horse rider on behalf of Expert Village and what you want to remember is try trotting over the poles that is the same exact form as you were even going over the jump. You want to keep the weight in heels. Walk. You want to keep the weight in your heels and all in your legs. That is the most important part that I can give you. You want to have contact on the rein but, not to tight of a rein because you want him still to have his head so he can look and see where he is going. You also want to be up in two points which I'm also going to demonstrate right now as we are trotting over the poles again. But, you see I still have contact up on his face. You don't want to totally leg go of his rein when he is trotting over something. You still want to have contact but you want to give him a little bit of more of a rein to when you trot over the poles. So now I'm going to go ahead and go to trotting over a jump which is the step. So join me on my next segment."
