Video Transcript

" Hi my name is Sarah Stetner I'm a expert horse rider on behalf of Expert Village and in this video I'm just showing you how the basic steps how to jump a horse. So right now we are just trotting over the poles and you want them to trot out and every time I trot over a pole I squeeze a little bit with my legs to pick up his belly to make his legs go up and stride up ward. Watch when I go over the poles his legs are going go up higher then his normal trot. So watch this and right there I am squeezing with my leg to bring the horse stride up I kind of going up with it and it is all squeezing with the leg so that is what you want to do as you approach a jump."
