" Hi my name is Sarah Stetner I'm a expert horse rider on behalf of Expert Village and in this video I'm just teaching you how to jump the horse. Before we get started I'm just going to bend in a circle of circles get his neck all warmed up. I'm pulling with my inside rein right now and then I will do that in the other way. You just want the horse to get use to as well and you just want him to bend. Get his neck all loosened up and also will long trot him. Trot. And give him his head. Get him all loosened up. So along I'm trotting him as well. Keep the weight on your steer ups so you can do this. So I'm just getting him all warmed up."
