" Hi my name is Sarah Stetner I'm a expert horse rider on behalf of Expert Village and in this video I'm just showing you how to jump this my horse Topper. What you do when you jump is it is very difficult but you do ride English as you can tell what I'm doing and there is a certain position that you want to be in called two point. What it is it is a up like this you want to keep the weight on your legs up at all time. You are kind of standing up on your saddle because when you go over the jump you want to just come up like this put your hands up here and it is all about balance. You want to have good balance in the two point position. So I would show you how to jump with the horse. I'm going to start slow and easy trotting over some poles at first. Not going to go very high. Then I will trot over the jump and then eventually I would canter. It is a long process though. So that is what I'm going to be doing in this video."
