"Welcome to Expert Village. I am Schell Michael and in this segment, we're going to be talking about your surfer?s workout. So now we're going to talk a little bit about the legs and the upper butt, mostly the butt right now. We'll talk about doing squats. You see those people at the beach and you're like, "Oh, they've got such a great body. I want the surfer butt, I want this", well you can have it. All you have to do is a few simple lunges, a few simple squats. It is the best, that's the best for your butt. You look in magazines, you read all sorts of things, like "how do I get this?" it?s squats, that's all you have to do. You can use weights, you can do free, I mean your body is weight enough but just making sure you're body is in the right position is going to help you. Something you can do is just like lunges across the beach, which are great. You kind of just take a step forward, make sure you're not too far apart, knee almost hitting the ground and keeping your body upright, bring it together, and then take a step forward and then you can do the same thing. You can do it all the way down the beach, you can be outside having a great time and they're really not difficult at all and you'll notice instantly the strength back here and how nice it will look."
