"SCOTT SOLLER: Hi, my name is Scott Soller, yoga instructor, here on behalf of Expert Village. From standing, we'll take the hands to hips, shift the weight left, turn the right toes, and we'll take the left leg out front. Square your hips in line perpendicular to your heel, the heel line. Then we'll take the hands loosely interlaced behind the back. The tail pointing down, you would want to float the chest, and then bending the front knee, exhale, fold. Adjust your stance. Head hangs. This is the pyramid pose, arms come up. Find a comfortable stable posture in position with the point in your [INDISCERNIBLE] heel rooting down. For the second part, release the clasp, turn the fingers back, and work the palms toward the ground, broadened your shoulders, weaker on the feet to help you relax more. To release the pose, take the fingers down. For exhale, push down into the right foot, bringing the head up, pressing down. Exhaling, inhale the rest of the way up, and then stepping the right foot forward."
