on 6/13/2009 It's really sad that the sound of the video is really low. We can barely hear you, even with speakers plugged into the laptop... That little technical "difficulty" makes it impossible to follow your guidance :(

Please make sure that the sound is properly recorded by putting the microphone closer to you or by having a small one clipped to your shirt...

Thanks in advance... cant wait to actually hear you and follow your videos...

Video Transcript

"SCOTT SOLLER: Hi, my name is Scott Soller, yoga instructor, here on behalf of Expert Village. For the frog, we come into a squat position, be on the balls of the feet, fingers out front. On the inhale, we gently straighten the legs; exhaling, squat. Inhale, straighten; exhale, squat. You might get a sense of breathing down into your legs. You might also have a sense of breathing up into your legs. Find a soothing rhythm that's comfortable to you. Eventually, you can rest in squat, bringing the heels eventually down. You can also rest in dangling Uttanasana. Make sure you bend the knees to soften your back and legs, eventually straighten legs to your desired intensity."
