"SCOTT SOLLER: Hi, my name is Scott Soller, yoga instructor, here on behalf of Expert Village. Sit tall. Take a few deep breaths. And when you're ready, somewhere within the exhale, begin to channel breath, a couple of [INDISCERNIBLE], where you pull, pull, pull on the out breath. Breath is at the nostrils. Again, if you're not comfortable with this, skip this. Stay with long deep breathing but you pull, pull, pull using your abdominals. The inhale takes care of itself. Once you're comfortable with that, you can begin the breath of fire. Making the in and out breath equal. Use a hand as a feedback device if you need to. When you're ready to release, tuck the tail, sit tall on the inhale, take another deep inhale in, retain the breath, lower the chin, gently pull up the pelvic floor. You're holding the breath energy light between the shoulders and the groins. When you're ready to release, exhale and radiate that breath energy in all directions."
