Video Transcript

"SCOTT SOLLER: Hi, my name is Scott Soller, yoga instructor, here on behalf of Expert Village. In seated Vajra-asana, the Diamond Pose, heels are at the buttocks, hands a little above the knees on thighs. Same pelvic tilts, we tuck the tail. Inhaling, lifting tail. Exhaling, curling tail. Inhale, lifting up. Focusing specifically at the region of the midsection here. Expanding out, inhale, feel the back contract. And on the exhale, the back expands as the front contracts. You can find a gaze point to help you focus. Keep the upper and lower spine aligned over each other and let the bowing be in between those two terminal points at the spine. Continue in this way as long as you're comfortable, opening up the third chakra."
