"SCOTT SOLLER: Hi, my name is Scott Soller, yoga instructor, here on behalf of Expert Village. In the next exercise, mortar and pestle, we lean forward, have hands on your knees, lean around to the left, circle around, inhale forward, exhale back, inhale forward, exhale back. At a comfortable place, reverse and continue as long as you're comfortable."
