"SCOTT SOLLER: Hi, my name is Scott Soller, yoga instructor, here on behalf of Expert Village. In this next exercise, we'll cleanse the three central-the three channels that are primary in the movement of the energy through our bodies, the central channel and the one going to the right and to the left. From the pelvic tilt, let's sit tall, inhale, take your left arm. I'll mirror with my right, arm up. Closing left nostril, release the breath right side. Just let the air come out. Toward the end of the exhale, tuck and squeeze. The next inhale, float the right arm, poking the elbow up and release the breath left side. Just let air go out. Toward the end of the exhale, tuck and squeeze, and then we'll take the hands down. You can compress the wrist down and shoulders up, take the shoulders back and down on the exhale. Imagine you're exhaling out through the crown and that's round one. Inhale, come up. Releasing breath right side. Toward the end of the exhale, you can put a little emphasis here to squeeze empty. Inhaling, right up. Imagine literally, breathing in subtle pleasure, joy and vitality. Releasing breath left side. Toward the end of the exhale, tuck and squeeze. And then you can also press your hands down. Float the chest, inhale. Exhale, fold, like smoke up the top of the chimney, and then coming up."
