"SCOTT SOLLER: Hi, my name is Scott Soller, yoga instructor, here on behalf of Expert Village. In the next exercise, we'll do a cleansing practice, cleansing the three channels, the central inside channels where the winds flow through the subtle anatomy. And the exhale, we'll tuck the tail, inhaling, lifting the tail. So from this seated position, let's exhale, bring the palms together to the seat of love in the heart where the light and life come together. We'll do some pelvic tilts to awaken the lower chakras. Lifting the tail, inhale, tucking the tail. From the two sit bones, feel into the tailbone. There's a back triangle. From the two sit bones to the pubic bone is a front triangle. And what we're doing is waking up these first two chakras. They tend to get dull when we sit on them. So in this way, loosening up the lower two chakras. Also feel the rooting quality of the exhale. Notice there's a sprucing-up, lifting-up component to the inhale, an elongation and then a stretching and rounding. Continue as long as you'd like to really get a sense of these two triangles at the base of the spine."
