"Hi and welcome my name is Scott Soller, yoga instructor, on behalf of Expert Village. From a long position in the spine, a grounded and long core will work on the neck rolls to work on this fifth chaker. The head relaxes down, inhale the right ear over the shoulder, exhale the head forward and inhaling ear to side, exhaling head forward inhaling ear to side. With the exhale you want to release the neck and on the inhale the ear to side. When you are comfortable with this you can gently inhale the head back keeping the chin pointed forward and then exhaling the head around. Inhaling the head back and exhaling the head forward. Do you feel that your head coming back has a pneumatic component. At a comfortable place reverse and after two or three circles, drawing the breath back from the nostrils into the folds, hear the air swirling in the back of your throat in this movement in the neck region and the neck relaxes, this will take you more into your subtle body, your energetic body into what we call agonic breathing. Hear the air swirling in the back of your throat. Continue to plug your hearing into that sound throughout this practice. This will keep you into the core and take you deeper into the core."
