"Hi, this is Sean Hobson. What we want to talk about right now is how to incorporate the basic basketball skills into your daily conditioning. One drill we like to use is full court layups. And what we're going to do here in this drill is we're going to have two players, one's going to be the shooter, one's going to be the rebounder. And what's going to happen is, we're going to have the shooter--they're going to start at half court heading towards the basket. He's going to drive in as fast as he can, he's going to go up, he's going to make the layup. What the rebounder's going to do behind him is the rebounder's going to rebound it and then the first guy that shot is going to be looking for an outlet pass. When he calls outlet, the rebounder gets the ball, outlets, and then they're going hard to the other end to score the layup again. Then the rebounder will get it, outlet, and you keep going in one direction until I change it. When I change it, or when I change players, the other guy will be the shooter and the first one will be the rebounder. And then we'll change directions. You can also do this with jump shots as well. We're going to show you here at full speed what this looks like. This is called full court layups. All right, guys, here we go. Ready, go. So you see the first guy shoots the free throw, then he's going to call for the outlet, he gets the outlet, and he's going to go hard to the other end and score it, and the rebounder's going to follow him. And again, you can do this in both directions, which is why I like this drill, you can also do this where they will dribble in and pull up for a short jump shot, the rebounder will get it, outlet, we'll go the other. So you can mix a lot of things into this drill. This is called full court layups, and it works on a little bit of shooting, your layups, and conditioning. "
