Hi, this is Sean Hobson. What we want to talk about right now is when running a motion offense, how the motion offense is set up . If you look at the floor right now we're very balanced, we have our point guard at the top of the key who's going to run the whole offense and he's going to get the offense started. On each side, we're going to have a player on each wing, which is balanced and we're also going to have a player on each of the post positions. Some people will call this a three out, two in motion. Reason for it is because we've got three players out, we've got two players in on this motion. Now, one thing I like to do to start this offense is have the wing players down, start down a little bit lower, and we always start in a one-four-low set. And then, the way that we get this first offense set, is as our point guard is moving up the floor, then we're going to have our wing players pop up to the wing and that's going to help our point guard be able to find who he's going to get the ball to start the offense. He could either go to the right and we can start the offense there or he can go to the left and start it. But if we start our wings down, that's going to keep our defense from jumping us on the top and it's going to give these guys a little bit of room to work. So that's how we start the set of the motion offense.
