"Hi this is Sean Hobson. One thing you got to make sure and understand as a basketball player are the rules of the game. If you don't know the rules of the game you could hurt your team, instead of helping your team, and in the game of basketball it's very important, each positions matters. What were going to talk about now is our post players. One of the common calls against the post players is being in the paint too long. You can not occupy the colored area, which is called the paint. This is the paint here, where it's colored. You can not occupy that space for more than three seconds. As a post player you've got to make sure that you post in the middle, if you get in the paint that you get out quickly. So what our post players have to do is, they have to post up outside the paint, and then once they go in he has to be aware. Go ahead show them what it looks like flash up in the paint. He's going to flash up in the paint, now he's got to be counting in his mind, one, two, and on two he's got to be trying to get out of there. It even is considering one foot, even if your posting here, one, two, you got to be able to move and get out of the paint. So, you cannot occupy that space for more than three seconds or you?re going to cost your team a possession."
