"Hi, this is Sean Hobson, and what we're talking about right now is working with our small forwards on how to get open. We just recently showed you how to make a V cut to get open in the offense, but one of the best ways to get open in the offense that we use is to come off of a screen. So, we're going to show you once again how to get open off a screen. It's very, very important that you set up a screen. If Kyle leaves his position too early, and I'm playing defense on him, and he's coming to set the screen--and go ahead and leave early, go ahead and set the screen. If he leaves early, I'm going to be running off with the defender, and it's very hard for this guy to set a screen. So one important thing that our guy that's getting a screen--that's receiving the screen--has got to do, he's got to be able to walk this man down. So if I'm playing defense on him--go ahead. Kyle knows the screen's coming. He walks him down, now the defender's going to turn around and he's going to run right into the screen, and as he's trying to fight through, then Kyle's going to come up and get the ball at the top of the perimeter. It is very, very important for you to set up the screen, not just to come off the screen, but you've got to be able to set up the screen, you've got to read where the screener is at, and where the defense is at, and then be able to pop off the screen. And that's how we get open off the screen."
