"Hi, this is Sean Hobson, and what we're working with right now is our shooting guards, making sure not only that they're in constant motion in the offense, but that they always know where the ball's at. There are two people on the floor that we've got to constantly know where the ball's at. Point guard, in case anybody gets in trouble, and the shooting guard, because the shooting guard is the person we're having work within the offense, coming off of screens, trying to get a good shot. So, we want to make sure within the offense right now, that we've got our shooting guard, which is going to be played by Blake right now. So watch this guy within the offense. As he comes off the screen, he wants to constantly keep his eyes located on the ball, knowing where the ball's at so he can go off the screen, come to the ball, catch the ball, and be ready to shoot. So we're going to run a little play right here, and watch our shooting guard, how much he moves, how he comes off screens, and how he's constantly looking to get the ball. All right, here we go. So sets a screen, he's looking to see where the ball is, now, good, he ran all the way across the court. He started on the right side, came all the way to the left side off of the screen, because he knew where the ball was at, and he knew where he needed to be to get that shot. If you've got a shooting guard that understands the offense and moves in the offense, it's going to make him a much better shooting guard."
