"Hi, this is Sean Hobson, and what we're talking about right now is working with our shooting guards, working them and the post together to open up our shooting guard for some eventual shots later. Again, we want to try to feed the post and get everybody's attention on the big players inside, which then is going to open up our outside shot for our shooting guard. So what we want to do right now is we want to teach our shooting guards, as we taught them earlier, always to be moving in the offense. We don't want this shooting guard to feed the post and stand in one spot. Because I'll show you why. As a defender--go ahead and feed the post--as a defender it's real easy for me to play the post and then get it right back to the same spot, I just have to step out and defend him. So that's not hard for me. But if, as a guard, he relocates--go ahead and throw the ball, and I drop down and he relocates, and I turn around, that guy is no longer there. So he can catch the ball on relocation, and he can shoot the ball and it's going to keep his defender off balance. So now we're going to show you what it looks like at full speed, when he feeds the post, and then he relocates. You want to make sure and communicate the relocation also to your post player. Go ahead. Good, and he gets a good shot off. Now, so within the offense, it's very important for our shooting guards to stay in motion, to use the post player, then to relocate, get the pass back, and get a good shot off."
