Hi, this is Sean Hobson, and right now we're working with our centers. And one important thing we want our centers to understand is not only to be moving within the offense, always flashing to the ball, making themselves available in the offense, but also one thing we want our centers to understand is, they have to know where the ball is at all times. We can't have a center that goes to sleep on us down in the post, and just says well if they're not going to feed it to me in the post, I'm just going to stand here and watch the rest of the offense go on. They have to be an active part of the offense. They have to follow along with the ball as it moves around the perimeter. So what we're going to do right now is show you, and kind of walk through it, as the ball moves through the offense, we want you to see how the center's going to work. So, obviously, if I've got it here, he's going to try to post it. If I decide not to throw it to him in the post, and I swing it, he's going to flash up and he's going to follow the ball. Now, as the ball then moves off to the other wing, he's going to go ahead and trace it. Now, as Kyle goes ahead and dribbles it down, what Zack's going to do is he's going to go ahead and post down on the block. And he's just going to try to fight down and get to the lowest point in the offense. The main thing is, we want our centers to follow the ball, know where it's at, and stay active in trying to get the ball in the offense. And that's going to make your centers--it's going to separate the good centers from the not so good ones.
