"Hi, this is Sean Hobson, and right now we're working with our point guards. One thing you've got to encourage your point guards to do is be in constant motion in the offense. Some of the times, your wing players, your post players, they'll get a little bit stagnant in the offense, which means that they're not moving at all. But the point guard has always got to know what's going on in the play. He's always got to be watching the play, and he's always got to be in constant motion. What we're going to show you right now is kind of, we're going to walk through at a slower pace. What our point guard does, even when he goes and sets screens, if he pops down to the post and comes back up, he's always got to have his eyes knowing where the ball's at, knowing if somebody's in trouble, or he may have to come return and get the ball, or it's just going to make him a better shooter as well. So you're point guard always has to know what's going on. So we're just going to kind of at a slower rate walk through what this looks like. Ball. Okay, you see right now he's setting a screen. Now he's going to turn around. He knows right now where the ball is at. As I swing it back, now he can pop out and get the ball. You see how he was in constant motion. If you were playing defense on this guy, think of how hard it would be to come over the screen, then go to the post, then follow him all the way up here, and after awhile a defender is going to get tired, and he's going to stop guarding this guy, and then he's going to become a big part of our offense."
